UN experts point to possible war crimes in Yemen conflict

A UN human rights panel report [text, DOC] suggests that parties to the armed conflict in Yemen have been perpetuating crimes under international law [press release]. 

The variois Group of International and Regional Eminent Experts on Yemen was appointed [resolution, PDF] by the UN Human Rights Council to monitor and report on the human rights situation in Yemen as well as to examine all alleged violations of humar rights and crimes of international law to occur since 2014. 

In the  report the government of Yemen to take responsibility in protecting its people by prosecuting these humanitarian crimes.
