4rth and 5th Year Law Students/Final Year of 3 years course, for the month of Nov. & Dec.

About the Role

Join us for a hands-on experience in tax law, focusing on practical aspects of Customs Law, GST, and other indirect tax issues. This internship will provide exposure to drafting appeals, high court writ petitions, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customs Law Appeals: Draft appeals for cases involving import-export regulations, customs duty, and disputes in customs tribunals.
• High Court Writ Petitions: Assist in drafting writ petitions, particularly under Article 226, for matters related to customs and GST.
• GST Notices and Replies: Prepare responses to GST notices, handling compliance and defending clients’ positions.
• ITAT Drafting: Engage in drafting submissions for the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) on diverse tax issues.
