This Chamber was established in 2019 by Mr. Ashish Panday, Advocate. This Chamber represents clients before various forums (District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, Tribunals and other authorities).
Practice Area:- Economic Offence (FAMA, Customs, Income Tax, GST, PCA, ETC), Criminal & Civil Litigation, Corporate Litigation (NCLT, SEBI), Consumer Forums etc.
About the Tax Law Internship Opportunity
This internship is suitable for those candidates who have an interest in Tax Law including (Customs Law, GST, Income Tax), Economic Offences. The internship will be in-person/virtual.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Ms office.
- Interest in Tax Law
- Previous legal experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
As an intern, during the internship period, they will learn how to respond to Show Cause Notices related to GST, Income Tax, Customs and other matters. They will also gain experience drafting various application and petitions, not only for the Supreme Court and High Court writs and SLP’s but also for matters in District.
