Studio Nilima invites applications for the fourth edition of its Research Fellowship Program. The program is designed to bring together potential scholars who are interested in working at the intersections of law and conflict and/or law and governance.
The program encourages aspirants from various disciplines of study to apply. Mentorship on research methodology and academic writing will be provided at dedicated intervals during the term of the fellowship.
Studio Nilima Research Fellows will spend 6 months working on areas of their research interest, with clearly defined outcomes in the form of a research paper. Fellows will be assigned dedicated mentors and will be expected to interact with them through the term of the fellowship; fellows will also participate in workshops and seminars organized as part of the fellowship.

Outcomes produced over a period of 6 months , after being reviewed, will be disseminated through the Studio Nilima publication series – Nilima: Journal of Law and Policy, (ISBN: 978-81-936514-0-7).
Term of the Fellowship: January 15, 2019 to June 15, 2019
All successful applicants should plan to begin their fellowship from January 15, 2019 to June 15, 2019. It will not be possible to start the fellowship at a later date. A nominal amount of 5000 INR will be awarded per month to the fellows.

- Project description (1,000 words maximum)

- A tentative timeline of the proposal
