AN APPLICATION SEEKING RELEASE OF JAMATALASHI ARTICLES ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT/ ACCUSED XYZ.
MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1. That the applicant was arrested in the instant case on 06.09.2021 and was released on bail vide order dated 18.09.2021 by this Hon’ble Court.
2. That the applicant was carrying his personal effects including his passport and mobile phone at the time of his arrest which was resumed under jamatalashi.
3. That the applicant has been released on bail and he requires his personal effects including his passport and mobile phones for his personal use and the same are not required for the purpose of investigation.
PRAYER
In the above premises, it is humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to order the release of jamatalashi articles including his passport and mobiles phones of the applicant as per jamatalashi memo in the interest of justice.
