Delhi Police Probing alleged assault on Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash is likely to file Charge-sheet against CM of Delhi
Senior Delhi Police Officer confirmed that charge-sheet would be filed at Tis Hazari Court either on Saturday or early next week. CM Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia name in Charge-sheet.
Though CM Kejriwal has not been arrested or named an accused in FIR, but Delhi Police had questioned him twice.
According to Sources, Police would also charge-sheet Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia for the same offence.
