One-Year Post Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution

Modern ideologies and constitutions consider an individual as the focal point, but it is the family which enables an individual in more than many ways to survive and become an effective functional unit.

The stress and strain of modern day life, changing values in our lives, the disintegration of the joint family system and other factors are taking a toll on family relationships.

The time has now come for India too, to create professionally qualified persons to resolve family disputes by using alternative methods of dispute settlements, which cause minimum stress on the parties in terms of emotions, money and time and aim for a win-win situation for the parties.

To fulfil this need, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad has started this diploma course to create a pool of professionals who can offer expert advice and counsel the parties in matters relating to family disputes.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent Degree in any discipline from any recognized University; OR
Candidates appearing for the final year examination of Graduation are also eligible to apply; OR
Candidates who complete three years of their 5-year integrated LLB Degree programme in Law are also eligible to apply.

ne-Year Post Graduate Diploma in Aviation Law and Air Transport Management

The aviation industry has always been a very unique industry in itself. Its rapid growth across the globe coupled with usage of the best and the most innovative technologies and increasing contribution to the economic and infrastructural development of a country makes the international aviation sector particularly important from both legal as well as a management perspective.

Through this program, NALSAR aims to cater to the growing needs of the aviation industry and caters to impart knowledge and train the participants in the legal as well as the management aspect.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent Degree in any discipline from any recognized University; OR
3-year Degree/Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME); OR
Students appearing for the final year examination of Graduation / Engineering are also eligible to apply; OR
Students who complete three years of their 5-year integrated LLB Degree programme in Law are also eligible to apply.

One-Year Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Maritime Laws

The programme is the initiative of Centre for Aerospace & Defence Laws (CADL) of NALSAR University towards providing a comprehensive legal education thereby enabling the learner to develop an advanced understanding of a specialized area of maritime law and promote research in the area of maritime laws as there are very few universities in the country that are engaged in conducting teaching and research in the discipline of maritime laws.

India is rapidly integrating its economy with more than 90% of the country’s trade being conducted through oceans and also the sea provides a passageway to 45,000 merchant ships worldwide and over 90% of global trade.

One-Year Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Criminal Law and Forensic Science

Direct Admission subject to fulfilment of the eligibility criteria for the said course.

The Online portal for submitting the ‘Online Application Form’ for admission shall be open from April 29, 2019, to July 1, 2019.
