About the CopyrightX Course:

The course will explore diverse legal aspects of copyright, its impact on fields like arts and entertainment, and debates around reforming the existing copyright law. The course will provide a comparative perspective by focusing equally on both the US Copyright law and the Indian Copyright law while also discussing its application in other jurisdictions. Interactive discussions with artists and other copyright experts will form an integral part of the programme.
