About the conference:
University Five Year Law College, University of Rajasthan is organising a national seminar on ACCESS TO CRIMINAL JUSTICE from 20th to 21st of April, 2019. Further details are given below:
The seminar will be hosted on the topic National Seminar on Access to Criminal Justice on 20th & 21st April, 2019 with the objective to generate awareness and draw out solutions through research, deliberations and discussions to assess the functioning of the crucial components of criminal justice i.e. law enforcement agencies, prosecution, judiciary and corrections including the challenges involved in the criminal justice in India with an effort to evolve strategies for a more effective mechanism for betterment.
Eligibility:
The seminar is open not only to law students but also to students, paralegals, civil society organizations, academicians of other disciplines.
