The applicant most humbly submit under as;-

That the abovenoted case was pending trial before this Hon’ble court and same was decided by this Hon’ble court 02.04.2019 and accused Ajay Singh was acquitted by this Hon’ble court.

That in the abovenoted case Suraj Singh is given surety to accused Ajay S and he furnished bail-bond.

That the applicant/surety produce a FDR sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousands only) FDR bearing No. 000000 dated 16.07.2019, Union Bank of India and a Kisaan Vikas Patra sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousands only), post-office Nangloi, Delhi bearing No. 000 66666, photocopy of the abovesaid documents attach herewith.

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to cancel the endorsement on the abovementioned documents and in the interest of justice.
