The applicant most humbly submit under as;-

1. That the abovenoted case was pending trial before this Hon’ble court and same was decided by this Hon’ble court 02.04.2019 and accused Ajay Singh was acquitted by this Hon’ble court.

• That in the abovenoted case Suraj Singh is given surety to accused Ajay S and he furnished bail-bond. 

• That the applicant/surety produce a FDR sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousands only) FDR bearing No. 000000 dated 16.07.2019, Union Bank of India and a Kisaan Vikas Patra sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousands only), post-office Nangloi, Delhi bearing No. 000  66666, photocopy of the abovesaid documents attach herewith.
