AILET 2024 To Be Held in December 2023

AILET 2024 Application will begin on August 07, 2023. AILET Exam 2024 is scheduled to be conducted on December 10, 2023. 

AILET 2024 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates planning to appear in AILET 2024, are required to go through the eligibility criteria notified by the university. The program-wise eligibility criteria have been given below: BA LLB Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification- Candidates must have completed their 10+2 from a recognized board with at least 50% (general category) and 45% (SC/ST) or an equivalent exam from a recognized university.
• Age Limit- There is no age limit for taking the exam.

LLM Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must have completed graduation in law from a recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI). They must’ve scored 50% aggregate marks (general category) and 45% in the case of SC/ST;
• There is no age limit for AILET 2024.
• Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply;

Ph.D. Eligibility Criteria-

• Candidates must hold an LLM degree from a recognized university or institution to apply for the Ph.D.;
• In the AILET Exam, general categories should score 55%, while reserved categories should score 50%.
