Who Is The Organizer?

NLU Jodhpur is a premier national law university of India which was established in 1999 and in its short existence has carved out a niche for itself, by encouraging a holistic study of law among students. In furtherance of this objective, the 1st NLUJ-NHRC Moot Court Competition has been conceived as an initiative to increase awareness and interest in the field of Human Rights Law among students of various law schools across the country. With the successful organization of the inaugural edition, we expect the Competition to grow by leaps and bounds, witnessing the participation of around 24 top law schools in this edition. The successive years will enable the Competition to become one of the foremost human rights moot court competitions in India. We are also privileged to be associated with SCC Online and Eastern Book Company, both industry leaders in the provision of online research services that are tailored specifically for legal professionals, as two of our knowledge and research partners.
